“Whole Lotta Love”
Zeppelin revolucionó las cosas. Robando el blues de los Estados Unidos, haciéndo lo que hacen los británicos con la música y poniéndole una cadencia y una crudeza a su ejecución, esta banda sentó bases para el metal y el segundo álbum, más crudo, hecho con menos tiempo, más “en vivo” logró uno de los riffs más interesantes de guitarra que llevaría a muchas bandas a hacer cosas distintas con ese sonido sucio (al no ser perfecto, chequen la guitarra todo menos que fina de Page). El hard comenzó aquí.

“Paranoid”
Después del doom del debut (Black Sabbath, 1970), Paranoid tuvo el éxito de popularidad y un poco más de claridad (aunque sigue siendo un disco oscuro, como marca registrada de la banda), lo que hizo que llegara a tanta gente y que despertase el interés, quizá de nuestro trío de bandas “raíces” esta es la más influyente. Difícil escoger entre “Paranoid”, “War Pig” y sobre todo “Iron Man” (con un riff de metal por excelencia) con todavía atisbos de blues en su música, quizá éste sea el disco más influyente para las bandas que luego generaron el metal y “Paranoid” es la que quizá llegase a más gente, por lo cual la escojimos.
